Alright this is the revised version of Ragnarok Online - Theme of Payon (vocal) along with its translation in English and Indonesian. I tried my best to translate even though I giggled at some part of the translation (especially the Indonesian ver. haha)
The first paragraph is hard to be literally translated though, it's like when you are expecting someone to come, and when they actually come you're just too excited you would run outside greeting them with socks on, in the sense that you forgot to even wear shoes.
By the way, the song reminds of So Hee's story! Poor So Hee can be seen in Payon cave, crying, maybe waiting for her loved one that never returns.
